They have developed their online catalogue with a wide range of products in over 200 internet portals. They are now expanding their business in the EMEA region. Role: New positions now exist in Galway for a German customer service and order manager agent. You will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone and email giving information about the company products, verifying existing sales and solving their problems and questions. You will enter new sales in the system and manage supplier operations. Skills: The successful candidate will have 1 2 years experience in customer service or sales and knows how to communicate with customers over the phone. Furthermore you are fluent in German to business level. Gain: This is your chance to explore Ireland. Work during the week travel during the weekend. Salary €20,000 24,000.
